Over the summer I found a bunch of older books while I was poking around some used stores and all of them skirt the fringes of Hard Rock and Metal so I thought I would do an ‘light-reading’ feature this month. I reviewed books about Guns n’ Roses, Aerosmith, Rush and a pair of books written by wives of famous rock stars, Sharon Osbourne and Shannon Tweed.

While these titles are not ‘Metal’ in the purest sense they are fun, easy reads. Please feel free to enjoy all the books in this mini-feature.

Of the two celebrity autobiographies I read this month, I was more interested in Sharon Osbourne’s book than Shannon Tweed’s book for one simple reason.

Sharon has been inextricably linked to Ozzy’s life and career for decades. Tweed had her own career and Kiss
