Michael has unparalleled experience handling thousands of cases before virtually every regulatory agency in Arizona. Now in private practice for a number of years, Michael uses the knowledge he gained from the inside to defend his clients’ licenses, permits, and livelihoods.

As Assistant Attorney General, Michael represented technical and healthcare regulatory agencies, including the Board of Pharmacy, the Medical Board, the Board of Nursing, the Board of Technical Registration and the Registrar of Contractors, among many others.

Michael also represented specialized agencies like the Department of Liquor Licensing and Control and the Department of Gaming, which routinely handle criminal law enforcement, federal and tribal issues.
